Before founding Impactury, Sara worked with mission-based clients globally as a COO, consultant for Accenture, and social entrepreneur. However, things changed as unchecked stress led to debilitating anxiety, depression, and uncontrollable weight loss. Ultimately, she was forced to stop working. Stripped of such a key part of her identity, she began to deeply reflect on how she got here and who she was as a person.

She realized her success was being driven by “perfection” and without self-love, she was seeking validation externally. Through meditation, self-acceptance, and the support of others, she has discovered an intentional lifestyle that is aligned with her values. She has always been passionate about helping others and now she creates a safe space for others to heal and reconnect with their authentic selves.

Ramesh has worked as a yoga and sound bowl healing therapist and instructor across Asia, Europe and North America for the past 15 years. He has led workshops and retreats with clients like Google, lululemon, and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Sky has a passion for helping leaders harness their authentic power to live and lead with ease. She has worked as a transformational leadership coach and mindfulness instructor for clients like Google, McKinsey, Rockefeller Foundation, and Accenture. She was named Top 30 Most Inspiring Women in 2022 by the NYC Journal.
